**Product Description**
Our **Gr8 carbon steel black oxide hex thick nuts** are manufactured from high-quality **carbon steel** and **stainless steel**, ensuring durability and reliability. They are available in a wide range of sizes, from **M3 to M42** and **1/4" to 2"**, and can also be customized according to your drawing or sample.
These nuts comply with international standards such as **DIN, ISO, ASME/ANSI, and BS**, ensuring compatibility and performance across global markets. The **test standards** include **Class 6, 8, 10 (ISO 898-2)** and **Gr 2, 5, 8**, meeting strict quality requirements.
Available finishes include **plain, white zinc plating, yellow zinc plating, nickel plating, and chrome plating**, offering options for corrosion resistance and aesthetics.
**Packing:**
Each carton contains **25kg**, and the goods are packed on pallets. Custom packaging options are also available based on customer requirements.
**MOQ:**
The standard MOQ is **21,000 pieces**, but this may vary depending on availability and special requests.
**Trade Terms:**
We offer **FOB** and **CIF** shipping terms to suit different buyer preferences.
**Payment Terms:**
A **30% T/T deposit** is required in advance, with the remaining **70% paid upon receipt of the bill of lading copy**. We also accept **LC at sight** for added security.
**Delivery Time:**
Production typically takes **within 30 days after receiving the deposit**, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.
