1. Product DescriptionThe G single screw pump is a reliable and efficient solution for pumping high viscosity media. It consists of several key components such as the suction chamber, discharge chamber, working part (rotor and stator), driving part, universal joint, seal assembly, and bearing seat. The working part includes an eccentric rotor and stator that create two contact points in each transverse section. These points form two sealing lines along the rotor or stator, creating one or more sealing chambers when the rotor rotates. This design ensures smooth and consistent flow from the suction end to the discharge end, with minimal pressure pulsation that does not affect the integrity of the pumped media.
