In the next step, the environmental protection bureau will continue to power off other small rubber enterprises in batches by joint offices and power supply departments to effectively solve the air pollution problems of the masses. For existing rubber enterprises, the environmental protection bureaus will treat them differently: all enterprises that are small in scale, low in productivity, heavy in pollution, unable to be upgraded and upgraded will be banned; although they are in the vicinity of sensitive areas, but they are large in scale, they can meet environmental protection requirements through transformation. Relocation will be carried out in different places, and the procedures for environmental protection examination and approval will be re-applied; if the environmental protection requirements can be met by upgrading and renovating away from sensitive areas, the environmental approval procedures will be followed.
