A few days ago, the Jiangxi Provincial Economic and Trade Commission announced some exciting news: four new products from Jiangxi Jike—MK1320 CNC precision cylindrical grinding machine, MQ8260H crankshaft grinding machine, M2110C internal grinding machine, and M215A internal grinding machine—have been officially recognized as key new products. This is a significant achievement for the company, highlighting its growing technical capabilities in the manufacturing sector.
The MK1320 CNC precision cylindrical grinding machine stands out as the first 20-series machine in China equipped with a 400mm grinding wheel. It features a German 810D two-axis CNC system, an independent CNC control panel, CRT liquid crystal display, and FANUC-CNC system. The headstock spindle uses frequency conversion control, while the manual pulse generator and separate hydraulic and cooling systems further enhance its performance. These features help fill a critical gap in domestic technology, offering high precision and reliability.
Designed with advanced foreign technology, this machine improves operational efficiency and accuracy. Its bed features large round holes and shark fin-shaped ribs, ensuring excellent dynamic and static stiffness even after prolonged use. The workbench is split into upper and lower sections, enabling conical surface grinding. The plastic guide rails reduce friction, while the servo motor-driven ball screw ensures smooth and stable movement. With high precision, automation, and long service life, it's ideal for finishing mechanical and automotive components.
The MQ8260H crankshaft grinding machine is known for its simple structure, ease of operation, and versatility. It’s suitable for grinding crankshaft journals and main bearings, and can also be used for general outer diameter grinding. With a maximum workpiece length of 1600 mm and a crank radius of up to 110 mm, it’s a flexible solution for various applications. Operated manually, it combines technological advancement with practical usability, making it highly marketable.
The M2110C internal grinding machine is designed for small batch or single-piece production. It can handle internal diameters ranging from 6 to 100 mm, with a maximum grinding depth of 9 mm at the smallest diameter and 150 mm at the largest. It can grind both cylindrical and conical holes, including non-through holes. After rotating the headstock, it can also process tapers up to 40°, making it a versatile tool for many industrial applications.
Similarly, the M215A internal grinding machine is ideal for small-scale production, handling internal holes between 3 to 50 mm in diameter and a maximum depth of 80 mm. It can also grind tapers up to 60° when the headstock is rotated. Standard equipment includes a 60,000 rpm electric grinding wheel spindle, but options for 24,000 rpm and 90,000 rpm models are available upon request, offering flexibility for different user needs.
According to recent reports, these four new products are expected to pass the new product appraisal by the end of the year. Their introduction marks a major step forward for Jiangxi Jike, reinforcing its position as a leader in precision machining technology.
