The GC5890N is a fully upgraded, next-generation gas chromatograph designed specifically for the analysis of motor gasoline. It integrates the advantages of domestic instruments and offers precise and specialized analysis of oxygen compounds, benzene, and aromatic hydrocarbons in fuel samples. This model is ideal for laboratories requiring high accuracy and reliability in petroleum and chemical testing.

4.1 The GC5890N is highly accurate and multi-functional, with an intuitive and user-friendly interface.
4.1.1 The use of advanced digital electronic circuits ensures stable and reliable performance, with temperature control as precise as 0.01ºC.
4.1.2 It includes features such as self-diagnosis on startup, stopwatch function (for flow detection), timer operation, power-off memory protection, keyboard lock, power fluctuation resistance, network data communication, and remote control—all easy to operate.
4.2 Enhanced injector system with multiple injection methods for improved selectivity and uniqueness.
4.2.1 The unique inlet design reduces injection discrimination, while the dual-column compensation function minimizes program drift during heating and reduces background noise, achieving the lowest LOD.
4.2.2 Equipped with two types of injectors: packed column injector and split/splitless capillary injector (with diaphragm cleaning function).
4.2.3 A 10-way valve blowback system is available. Additional options include auto/manual gas 6-way valve injectors, headspace injectors, thermal desorption injectors, cracking furnace injectors, methane conversion furnace injectors, or automatic injectors.
4.3 High stability and sensitivity of detectors, along with comprehensive support systems, meet various detection requirements.
4.3.1 Two types of detectors are available: FID and TCD.
4.3.2 Both detectors can be individually temperature-controlled. The FID is easy to clean and replace nozzles, while the TCD stabilizes within ≤20 minutes.
4.4 Improved column programming for precise control of heating and furnace temperature, offering stability, balance, and time-saving features.
4.4.1 Increased column volume and an intelligent backdoor system significantly reduce the time required for detector stabilization after programmed heating or cooling.
4.4.2 Heating furnace temperature range: Room temperature +5°C to 420°C.
4.4.3 Seven-step programmed heating with a heating rate from 0.1°C/min to 120°C/min.
4.4.4 You can recalibrate the furnace temperature and set the maximum temperature up to 420°C based on your needs, optimizing the balance time of the heating furnace.
