If you need precision in small components, such as teeth or serrations, we have extensive experience in fine detail work.
The Water Glass process is typically used in the early stages of investment casting. It allows for larger castings compared to the Silica Sol process, but it doesn’t provide the same level of surface finish or tight tolerances as the Silica Sol method. However, it still offers better results than traditional sand casting. This process can produce parts weighing from a few ounces up to approximately 200 pounds.
