Ambulance Crash in Arlington Heights 8/5/16

A serious collision occurred late Friday night around 10 PM at the intersection of Arlington Heights Road and Dundee Road, involving a private ambulance and a sedan. The ambulance was flipped over during the incident, and the scene quickly drew emergency responders from both the Arlington Heights and Buffalo Grove fire departments.

The ambulance had a crew of three on board, but no patients were being transported at the time. All three members managed to get themselves out of the vehicle before firefighters arrived. The driver of the sedan was taken to the hospital for evaluation, though no injuries have been reported so far.
