Box Alarm in Harvey, 10-24-15 (more)

Here are some still images from the Harvey fire that took place on Saturday, October 24th. I arrived quite late and by that time, there was still heavy fire in the second building. The original structure where the fire started had already collapsed completely by the time I got there.

These photos give a real sense of the intensity and scale of the incident. It's clear how dangerous the situation was, especially for the firefighters who were working so hard to contain the blaze. The images show the effort being made to control the fire, with multiple units responding and using various equipment like the E-One tower ladder and large fire engines. It's always sobering to see these kinds of scenes, but also a reminder of the bravery and dedication of those on the front lines.
