This machine is a horizontal spiral discharging settling centrifuge. It consists of a column-cone bowl, spiral stoker, differential system, bearing seat, base, cover, main motor, auxiliary motor, and electric control chamber. When the bowl rotates at high speed, it generates strong centrifugal force, enabling continuous sludge dewatering 24/7.
The main motor drives the bowl via a triangular belt, while the planetary gear differential system allows the auxiliary motor and spiral to rotate at different speeds, achieving sludge dewatering and material pushing functions. This involves differential speed control and torque control. Since the solid content in sludge can fluctuate, the differential speed control system ensures stable operation, maintaining consistent solid content and optimal separation and flocculation. This guarantees safe and efficient centrifuge operation.
The machine offers excellent sealing performance, ensuring no material leaks during operation. The entire dewatering process takes place in a sealed environment, keeping the surroundings clean and safe.
With advanced international structural design, especially in the spiral stoker, this machine integrates concentration and dehydration processes effectively.
