3. Security of Quick Connector
Our quick connectors feature a double sealing ring radial sealing structure with modified rubber o-rings. These are primarily used for fluid applications, offering resistance to aging, corrosion, and swelling. The outer o-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring. This prevents bonding between the two sealing rings, enhancing mechanical properties and preventing air aging. The sealing ring and spacer ring are securely fastened within the shell using an elastic clamping device, ensuring no issues such as ring falling or shifting. This guarantees excellent sealing security.
