INTRODUCTION OF QUICK CONNECTOR
1) Design and Production
Innovative, secure, and quick, our quick connect fittings are made from synthetic materials and are suitable for most media carrying lines. Whether it's fuel, oil vapor, water cooling, or air carrying lines, we offer the ideal connection solution. These quick connectors are specially designed to match automotive pipe systems. The design and production of quick connectors strictly follow SAE J2044-2009 standards for liquid fuel and vapor or emissions systems. If the product does not meet customer needs, we can customize and manufacture according to specific requirements. The plug-in and self-locking structure allows for faster and easier connection and disconnection. The operation space required is only the width of a finger on both sides, ensuring high-density arrangement and increased design flexibility for customers.
2) Security of Quick Connector
The quick connector features a double sealing ring radial sealing structure with modified rubber O-rings. These rings are primarily used for fluid physics and chemistry, offering anti-aging, corrosion resistance, and swelling properties. The outer O-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring. The corresponding space between the two sealing rings prevents rubber substrate bonding, and synthetic rubber O-rings are used to enhance mechanical properties and prevent aging. The sealing ring and spacer ring are securely fastened in the shell using an elastic clamping device, preventing issues such as ring falling or shifting. This ensures excellent sealing security.

5) Connect & Disconnect Operation Method of Quick Connector
The quick connector consists of a body, inner O-ring, outer O-ring, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When a mating tube end piece is inserted into the connector, the locking spring's elasticity allows the tie clip fastener to connect the two connectors together, and then pull back to ensure a complete connection. Repairing or removing the quick connector is different. First, push the male connector forward and press the clip button, causing the lock to expand, allowing you to easily pull out the connector. Please note that SAE 30th heavy oil lubrication should be used before reseating.
