INTRODUCTION OF QUICK CONNECTOR
1) Design and Production
Our quick connect fittings are designed with innovation, security, and speed in mind. These synthetic material-based connectors are ideal for a wide range of media-carrying lines, including fuel, oil vapor, water cooling, and air systems. They are specifically engineered to match automotive piping systems. The design and production strictly follow SAE J2044-2009 standards for liquid fuel and vapor or emissions systems. If the product doesn't meet your needs, we can tailor it to your specifications. The plug-in and self-locking structure allows for quick and easy connection and disconnection. The operation requires only the width of a finger on both sides, enabling high-density arrangements and increasing design flexibility for customers.
2) Security of Quick Connector
The quick connector features a double sealing ring radial sealing structure with modified rubber O-rings. These rings are designed for fluid compatibility, anti-aging, corrosion resistance, and swelling. The outer O-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring, ensuring no bonding between the two sealing rings. The outer synthetic rubber O-rings enhance mechanical properties and prevent aging. The sealing ring and spacer ring are securely fastened using an elastic clamping device within the shell, preventing issues like ring falling or shifting. This ensures reliable sealing performance.

These connectors are suitable for gasoline and diesel fuel delivery systems, ethanol, methanol, or natural gas delivery systems, as well as their vapor venting or evaporative emission control systems.

5) Connect & Disconnect Operation Method of Quick Connector
A quick connector consists of a body, inner O-ring, outer O-ring, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When a mating tube end piece is inserted into the connector, the locking spring's elasticity helps secure the connection. After pushing the male connector, pressing the clip button allows for easy disconnection. Note that SAE 30th heavy oil lubrication should be used before reseating.
