After feeding, heating, melting, cooling, drying, and cutting, the final product is high-quality PP PE plastic pellets that can be used in manufacturing chairs, profiles, bottles, drainage pipes, and more.
 
Working Flow of Waste Plastic PP PE Recycling Granulation Machine
Screw feeder → Efficient extruder → Non-stop hydraulic screen filter changer → (second stage extruder → hydraulic screen filter changer → die head →) Water cooling → Strand cutting → Blower → Storage hopper → Electric control panel

1. Screw feeder: The first step of the process, where PP PE rigid washed flakes are fed into the hopper via a screw mechanism. Sensors detect material levels and control the feeding process automatically.
2. Extruder: This component melts and degasses the material using a specialized single-screw extruder. The double-zone vacuum system efficiently removes moisture and volatile substances, making it ideal for heavily printed or wet materials.
3. Non-stop hydraulic screen filter changer: Ensures continuous operation by filtering at two stages—coarse in the first extruder and fine in the second—reducing downtime and improving efficiency.
4. Water cooling: Made from 304 stainless steel, this system cools the melted plastic effectively over a 4-meter length filled with water.
5. Cutting pelletizing: Equipped with high-quality speed steel and hard alloy blades, ensuring durability and minimal maintenance.
