1. Introduction to Wet Type Magnetic Separator:
Wet type magnetic separators are widely used in the wet magnetic separation of fine materials (below 3mm) such as magnetite, pyrrhotite, hematite, and limonite. They are also suitable for deironing non-metallic ores, coal, and construction materials. The average magnetic induction on the drum surface is between 100-600mT. Depending on customer requirements, it can offer different magnetic field configurations like forward flow, semi-counter flow, and counter flow. The product features a simple structure, high efficiency, easy operation, and convenient maintenance.

2. Working Principle of the Wet Type Magnetic Separator:
The pulp enters the cell body from the pulp tank, and under the water flow from the feeding spray pipe, the mineral particles enter the feeding area of the cell in a loose state. In the magnetic field, magnetic ore particles gather and form magnetic clusters or chains influenced by the magnetic force within the pulp. These clusters move toward the magnetic poles and are finally absorbed onto the cylinder.
