.Introduction
The GC5890N is a fully upgraded gas chromatograph designed specifically for the analysis of motor gasoline. This advanced instrument combines the best features of domestic systems to provide precise and specialized analysis of oxygen compounds, benzene, and aromatic hydrocarbons in fuel samples. 4.1 The GC5890N offers high precision and multi-functionality with an intuitive and user-friendly interface.
4.1.1 It uses a new integrated digital electronic circuit, ensuring stable and reliable performance. Temperature control is accurate up to 0.01°C.
4.1.2 The system includes boot self-diagnosis, stopwatch function, timer operation, power-off protection, keyboard lock, anti-interference during power fluctuations, network data communication, and remote control—all easy to operate.
4.2 Enhanced injectors with multiple injection methods improve uniqueness and selectivity.
4.2.1 The unique inlet design solves injection discrimination issues. The dual-column compensation function minimizes program drift caused by heating and reduces background noise, resulting in the lowest LOD.
4.2.2 It comes with two types of injectors: packed column and split/splitless capillary injectors (with diaphragm cleaning function).
4.2.3 A 10-way valve blowback system is included. Additional options like auto/manual gas 6-way valve injectors, headspace injectors, thermal desorption injectors, cracking furnace injectors, and methane conversion furnace injectors are available.
4.3 The detectors offer excellent stability and sensitivity, meeting various detection requirements.
4.3.1 Two types of detectors are available: FID and TCD.
4.3.2 Both detectors have individual temperature control. FID is easy to clean and replace nozzles, while TCD stabilizes within ≤20 minutes.
4.4 Improved column control ensures precise programmed heating and furnace temperature regulation, offering stability, balance, and time efficiency.
4.4.1 Increased column volume and an intelligent backdoor system significantly reduce the time needed for detector stabilization after heating or cooling.
4.4.2 The heating furnace temperature range is from room temperature +5°C to 420°C.
4.4.3 It supports 7-step programmed heating with a heating rate of 0.1–120°C/min.
4.4.4 You can recalibrate the furnace temperature and set the maximum temperature up to 420°C based on your needs for faster stabilization.
