Product Overview
The QW (WQ), YW, LW, and GW non-clogging sewage pumps are newly developed submersible pumps that combine advanced foreign technology with domestic features. These models are energy-efficient, anti-winding, non-clogging, and offer automatic installation and control. They excel in transporting wastewater containing solid particles and long fibers.
This pump is designed with a unique impeller structure and improved mechanical seal technology, making it more efficient in handling solids and fibrous materials. Compared to traditional impellers, the spiral-flow or double-leaf types offer better performance, smoother operation, and reduced vibration.
Key Features
1. Unique spiral-type or large passage impeller design enhances the ability to pass solid particles up to half the pump inlet diameter.
2. Equipped with a sub-impeller (mounted on the same axis as the motor) for stable and complete discharge of sewage.
3. Dynamically balanced rotor and properly arranged bearings reduce radial and axial loads, ensuring longer service life, stability, and quieter operation.
4. Supports both mobile and fixed installation based on customer requirements.
5. Uses advanced mechanical seals that extend service life to over 8,000 hours.
6. Offers both standard and fully protected versions upon request (specify fully protected version during order placement).
7. Optional liquid level control cabinet available for automated pump operation based on water level.
