Grout Station Description
The LGP500/700/100PI-D grout station is a fully integrated system that combines a mixer, agitator, and hydraulic piston grout pump into one unit. It is widely used in ground and underground engineering projects such as highways, railways, hydropower, construction, and mining. After the slurry is mixed in the mixer, it is pumped into the agitator, where it is kept in a uniform state before being injected through the grout pump. This setup allows for continuous grouting operations. The plant is powered by a hydraulic system, offering a compact design, easy operation, and minimal space requirements. The output speed can be adjusted steplessly to suit different application needs.

Equipped with Yuken relief and directional valves for the hydraulic system; 4. Butterfly valves for both the mixer and agitator; 5. The Hook Block includes a traveling block and a hook, it can be used to lifting drill string when in drilling situation. Its housing assembly is made of thick section steel plate and Wire Rope is kept taut when hoisting or lowering the unload block.
