Grout Station Description
The LGP500/700/100PI-D grout station is a complete system that combines a mixer, agitator, and hydraulic piston grout pump into one unit. It is widely used in ground and underground engineering projects such as highways, railways, hydropower, construction, and mining. After the slurry is fully mixed in the mixer, it is pumped into the agitator. The pump's suction is connected to the outlet of the agitator. Once the grout pump is activated, the grouting process begins. Due to its integrated design, this station ensures continuous and efficient grouting operations.
Grout Station Features
1. Compact and integrated design, combining a mixer, agitator, and hydraulic plunger grout pump on a single base frame.
2. Offers low and high pressure settings with stepless speed control.
3. Equipped with Yuken relief and directional valves for the hydraulic system.
4. Butterfly valves for both the mixer and agitator.
5. Oil temperature gauge automatically controls the cooler fan within normal temperature ranges; if the temperature is too high, the machine will stop automatically.
6. Fully hydraulic-driven with a diesel engine.
7. Easy to operate and maintain.
8. Certified with ISO and CE standards.
