High Flexibility
The EAM-120 can produce various types of spring units with different diameters, wire thickness, and heights. The number of lines can be easily adjusted without moving unused components, making it highly adaptable.

The helix closing rings are tightly positioned near the springs. An advanced electronic system ensures accurate and consistent closure, maintaining high product quality.
CONTROL PANEL
Control units are located on two panels, one of which is adjustable to simplify machine setup and operation.
HELIX CONTROL
An innovative helix control system reduces adjustment time in case of collisions. The system's sensitivity allows immediate stopping without deforming the helix. Even if the wire becomes tangled or wrapped, the machine stops instantly to prevent damage.
