Structures and Properties:
The horizontal spiral discharge settling centrifuge consists of a column-cone bowl, spiral stoker, differential system, bearing seat, base, cover, main motor, auxiliary motor, and electric control chamber. As the bowl rotates at high speed, it generates strong centrifugal force that continuously dehydrates sludge 24 hours a day.
The main motor drives the bowl via a V-belt, while the planetary gear differential system allows the spiral and auxiliary motor to operate at different speeds, enabling effective sludge dewatering and material ejection. Differential speed control ensures stable operation even when sludge solid content fluctuates, maintaining consistent separation quality and safe operation.
The machine features excellent sealing performance, preventing any leakage during operation and ensuring a clean working environment. Its advanced design, particularly the spiral stoker, enhances efficiency, offering better capacity, separation results, and energy savings compared to traditional centrifuges.
