Yes, we can make castings based on your drawing, 2D drawing, or 3D CAD model. If a 3D CAD model is provided, the tooling development can be more efficient. Without 3D, we can still make the samples properly approved based on 2D drawings.

Yes, we can measure based on your samples to create drawings for tooling production.
5. What's your quality control device in house?
We have a spectrometer to monitor chemical properties, a tensile test machine to control mechanical properties, and UT Sonic as an NDT checking method to detect internal defects in castings.
