PCBWayer Bazaar NewArrival Product - ATmega32U4 Development Board

Link: ATmega32U4 Development Board

  • This compact yet powerful development board is built around the ATmega32U4 microcontroller, a popular choice for DIY enthusiasts and hobbyists. Known for its native USB support, this chip is especially favored by those building custom keyboards or USB-based projects.

  • Although the ATmega32U4 is not the latest in the market and has been surpassed in performance by newer alternatives, it remains a go-to option due to its strong software ecosystem and widespread community support. Many well-known boards use this chip, making it easy to find tutorials, libraries, and examples online.

  • The board features a modern USB-C connector, which, while not supporting Power Delivery, offers a more durable and reliable connection compared to older USB-A ports. This makes it ideal for frequent use and long-term projects.

  • It includes three LEDs: a power LED (D1), an RX LED (D2), and a TX LED (D3). These provide visual feedback during operation and communication, helping with debugging and monitoring.

  • A 500 mA fuse is integrated directly into the power pin from the USB connector, offering protection against accidental overcurrent situations. This adds a layer of safety for both the board and connected devices.

  • The board comes with a 2x13 pin header, including two power pins (5V and GND), one reset pin (RST), and 23 general-purpose I/O pins. It also supports multiple peripherals such as SPI, I2C, UART, timers, interrupts, analog inputs, and digital I/O, making it versatile for various applications.

  • Designed to fit perfectly on a standard breadboard, the board spans from column A to J, ensuring compatibility with most prototyping setups. When two breadboards are placed side by side, all the pins become accessible, enhancing usability for complex circuits.

  • To get started, users must first burn a bootloader onto the ATmega32U4 using an Arduino as an ISP programmer. After that, the board can be programmed via USB like any other Arduino-compatible device. Alternatively, you can bypass the bootloader and program the chip directly using an AVR programmer, which saves space in the flash memory.

Lab Vibrating Pulverizer Grinding Mill

Lab sealed vibration grinding mill, lab pulveriser

The sealed pulverizer/sample splitters is a small lab grinding machine for grinding the ore/material samples into powder, which has been widely used in the laboratory of the geology, mining, metallurgy, coal, power, chemistry and building industries, for the none pollution sample testing.

lab pulveriser Application:

Mining: For processing coal, ores or minerals for physical or chemical analysis

Metallurgy: For grinding blast furnace slag or cast iron samples to determine additives needed.

Infrared and x-ray fluorescence analysis: For preparing samples with a short grinding time without contamination through undesired abrasion.

Ceramics: For grinding rock samples to produce raw powder to determine CaO3 amd MgCO3 content or clinkers to study the constancy of the mineralogical structure
