220V/380V Electric Progressive Cavity Pump Stator Screw Pump

Screw pumps are designed to provide smooth and steady delivery of various media without pulsation. The pump casing ensures that the medium being pumped acts as a sealing liquid, guaranteeing efficient operation. These pumps have excellent self-priming capabilities and can handle liquids mixed with gas or air.

The unique design of the pump ensures high suction performance with a very low NPSHr value. It also features an external bearing system that is individually lubricated, making it suitable for non-lubricating media. The synchronous gear design prevents metal-to-metal contact between rotating parts, ensuring safe operation even under dry running conditions for short periods.

Available in multiple configurations such as horizontal, vertical, and with liners, these pumps are ideal for handling clean liquids, low or high viscosity media, and even some corrosive fluids when the right materials are selected.
