2. Working Principle
The G single screw pump is composed of several key components, including the suction chamber, discharge chamber, working part (rotor and stator), driving mechanism, universal joint, seal assembly, and bearing seat. The working part consists of an eccentric rotor and a stator. In each transverse section, the rotor and stator have two contact points that form two sealing lines along the rotor or stator. As the rotor rotates, these sealing lines create one or more sealed chambers. The fluid enters these chambers and is smoothly transported from the suction end to the discharge end. Throughout the operation, the pressure pulsation remains minimal, ensuring no adverse effects on the properties of the pumped media.
