1. Product DescriptionThe G single screw pump is a type of positive displacement pump that consists of several key components including the suction and discharge chambers, the working part (rotor and stator), driving part, universal joint, seal assembly, and bearing seat. The working part comprises an eccentric rotor and a stator. These two components have two contact points in each transverse section, which create two sealing lines along the length of the rotor or stator. As the rotor rotates, these contact points form one or more sealed chambers. The fluid enters these chambers and is smoothly transported from the suction end to the discharge end along the sealed chamber. Throughout operation, the pressure pulsation is minimal, ensuring no adverse effects on the properties of the pumped medium.
