Product Display
The gear squeeze pump operates by using a pair of rotating rollers inside a lubricated chamber. These rollers compress and flatten the hose, creating a continuous pumping action. As the roller rotates, the flattened section of the hose moves from the inlet to the outlet, allowing material to be sucked in and discharged efficiently.
During this process, the hose filled with liquid gradually regains its original shape due to its elasticity, creating a vacuum that draws in the material. At the outlet, the hose is compressed, forcing the material out. This cycle ensures continuous and smooth operation. The pump is suitable for temperatures up to 80°C.
