>>> Use, Check and Service
1. Precaution at use
1) Avoid using the pump in explosive or flammable environments or for extracting flammable liquids.
2) Do not impact or press the cable, nor use it as a lifting rope. Avoid pulling the pump while it is running to prevent damage, electric shock, or reduced cable integrity.
3) When using fixed automatic coupling installation, lift or lower the pump with the lifting chain securely fastened and handle with care.
4) The pump must be vertically submerged in water and should not be placed horizontally or sunk into sludge.
5) Install a flow regulating valve on the discharge pipeline to avoid motor overload due to excessive flow.

2. Check before use
1) Inspect the pump for any deformation, damage, or loose fasteners during transport, storage, and installation.
2) Check the cable for damage or fractures and ensure the inlet seal is intact. Address any leakage or poor sealing immediately.
3) Measure the insulation resistance between phases and between phases and ground using a 500V megohmmeter. If the value is below 1 MΩ, dry the motor stator winding at a temperature not exceeding 120°C or contact the manufacturer for assistance.
4) Ensure there is oil in the oil chamber and fill it until it overflows. Check that the screw plug and sealing pad are tight.
5) Verify that the impeller rotates smoothly.
6) Confirm that the power supply is safe, reliable, and that the grounding wire inside the cable is properly grounded.
7) Before submerging the pump, check the rotation direction by briefly powering it on. If incorrect, swap two of the U, V, W lines in the electrical control cabinet.

3. Starting
Close the flow regulating valve on the discharge pipeline when starting and gradually open it once the pump reaches full speed. Note that the pump should not run for long periods with the valve closed.

4. Stopping
Lift the pump, clean it, and store it in a dry place if not used for more than half a month. Remove it from the water and drain the internal liquid to prevent freezing in low temperatures.

5. Periodic Maintenance
1) Replace the seal ring with a new one if the maximum gap exceeds 2mm.
2) After six months of operation, check the oil chamber and replace the oil if it becomes emulsified. If the leak detection probe triggers a warning after oil replacement, the mechanical seal may be damaged and should be replaced immediately. Regularly inspect the pump under harsh conditions.
3) After one year of normal operation, perform a major overhaul to replace worn parts, check fasteners, and lubricate bearings to ensure smooth operation.
4) Avoid knocking the pump during disassembly to prevent seal damage. Only trained personnel should handle the unit to avoid motor leakage or damage.

2. Ensure the submersible electric pump is fully submerged in water during operation and never let it run out of water.
3. Ground the electric pump properly and keep animals or people away from the working area.
4. Avoid operating the pump outside its specified head range to prevent overload.
5. Use a thicker cable when the power source is far to avoid voltage drop.
6. After turning off the power, wait for the motor to cool down before lifting the pump to prevent accidents.
